A Christmas Carol

Patrick Barlow’s hilarious script was a lot of fun to get creative with. The five person cast, and the minimal space really meant that a lot had to happen to create the different locations of the classic story. The Gorgeous set designed by Monika Essen was a lot of fun to light. The back wall was a large light box of individual windows I used LED tape in to be able to change the color and run effects through the wall. I also used some pixel mapping Christmas lights on the tree so that I could change the colors to fit the scenes, and also run some effects as well when magic was happening in the show.
